Shipping

Kuub uses Sendle as our courier service. Once we have received your order it will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Shipping can then take 3-8 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Standard $10 AUD
Express $15 AUD

Please note those living in the Byron Shire will receive free shipping. No code is required, simply put your address in the shipping section and select local delivery.

International shipping is available to the US and Canada at a flat rate of $25 AUD and can take anywhere from 6-28 business days.

Returns

All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Please contact us at hello@kuub.com.au during that time and we will work to resolve any issue.
